2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341. 323. 307. 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 220 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is case and counter case between the parties. No overt act of assault has been alleged against petitioner no. 2 and there is no injury report to support the accusation of assault of petitioner no. 1.

4. Learned A.P.P. on the basis of case diary is unable to pint to any injury report.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.8158 of 2016 (3) dt.11-04-2016 circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 220 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
