LPA No. 449 of 2016 (The Chairman, Central Bank of India, Mumbai & Ors. Vs. Jitendra Kumar & Ors.), directed

Patna High Court LPA No.460 of 2016 (3) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 against an order passed in CWJC No. 19524 of 2014 has been allowed on 29.11.2016 and the order of the learned Single Judge has been set aside.

For the reasons recorded therein, the present Letters Patent Appeal is allowed in the same terms as the aforesaid appeal.
