The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.92 of 2021 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely he is the brother of husband of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62126 of 2022(3) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.92 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
