The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that on 11.11.2014, while the vehicle of co-accused Mintu Khan was carrying sand, the informant being agent of the truck, demanded 'challan' then Mintu Khan failed to show the same. In the meantime, co-

No.9211 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/3 accused Faiyaz Khan and petitioner no.2 Tinku Khan directed to crush the informant with the truck when the informant run towards Bounsi to save his life. It is further alleged that someone informed brother of the informant when he reached at the spot to rescue the informant the accused persons also assaulted him. Subsequently, gold chain, wrist watch, mobile and Rs.22,000/- cash from Md. Gulab Ansari and silver chain and cash Rs.7000/- of Afroj were found missing. On conclusion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.177/2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka.
