Case No. 174 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is husband of the deceased and allegation against him is of committing dowry death of the deceased. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that out and out false allegation has been made and no demand of dowry has ever been made and in fact the deceased died her natural death. Further petitioner has been in judicial custody since 28.10.2016.

Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted in the F.I.R, itself it will appear that there was demand of dowry and the

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact and circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, his application for regular bail is accordingly rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months. Needless to both the parties have to cooperate in the disposal of trial.
