This application for regular bail arises out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018, Special POCSO Case No. 25 of 2018, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 354D read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2019. His prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by an order dated 06.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78114 of 2019. It has been argued on behalf of the petitioner that the maximum sentence prescribed for the aforesaid offences is three years.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this
