Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the names of the juniors to the petitioner have been mentioned in the list, Annexure-3, whereas the case of the petitioner, who is senior to those persons, has been ignored without any cogent reason.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine whether the petitioner is senior to those whose names are figured in

Patna High Court CWJC No.19497 of 2016(2) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 Annexure-3. In case the petitioner is found senior to those persons, the respondents are required to make necessary correction in Annexure-3 and include name of the petitioner, if juniors are already their in Annexure-3 The entire exercise must be completed by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
