By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 8.6.2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani in Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No.13 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No.391 of 2014 whereby cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46470 of 2015 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
