JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019 for offences under Sections 498-A, 120-B, 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the fact that mediation proceeding has failed due to non-cooperation of the petitioners, this Court is not

However, liberty is granted to petitioners to surrender before the court below and pray for regular. If the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court in the present case.
