The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has already been terminated from service and is ready to refund emoluments received during tenure, as Panchayat Teacher, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1675 of 2022(3) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 24(twenty four) monthly installments.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
