This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Raja Pakar P.S.Case No.152 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death, who happens to be husband.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no such occurrence has taken place as alleged in the F.I.R. rather the deceased slipped from the staircase and she was taken to the hospital but in the way she died, hence, her dead body was disposed of.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41954 of 2017 (4) dt.06-11-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of allegation in the FIR as well as in view of the fact that even the police was not informed and there is no materials to show that she was taken for treatment, as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
