2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with of Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 322 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, one and half year child was kidnapped by the unknown person. Subsequently, the child was recovered on the statement of Mamta Kumari and this petitioner had sold the child in Rs. 1 Lakh. The petitioner is in jail since 24.09.2020.

4. Considering the criminal antecedents and the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner for selling a one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68204 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 and half year child, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
