Upon perusal of the earlier orders, vide order no.3 dated 26.09.2023, vide order no.4 dated 10.10.2023, vide order no.5 dated 09.01.2024, vide order no.6 dated 06.02.2024, vide order no.7 dated 04.03.2024 and vide order no.8 dated 24.06.2024, it transpires to this Court that only adjournment has been sought by the counsel for the petitioner since last 6 dates either on one pre-text or other. Today also, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In this background, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ application and therefore, this Court has no option left, but to pass the order in this writ application.
