The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Udwantnagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No. 197/21 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties who are close relatives and also taking into consideration the nature of dispute and the nature of injury, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present
