The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 407 of 2015 registered under sections 341, 324, 323 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner assaulted with Khukri on the head of his own mother, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
