The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (a) (d) and 35(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 84.80 ml litres of foreign liquor were allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.07.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
