This Miscellaneous Applicationhas been filed against the interim maintenance order dated 05.08.2022 passed in Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 21 / 2021 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai, under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 directing the petitioner / husband to make Rs. 25,000/- as litigation expenses and Rs. 20,000/- per month as interim maintenance to respondent / wife. During the argument both the parties prayed to dispose of this case and agrees that the said maintenance amount may be modified as Rs. 15,000/- per month instead of Rs. 20,000/- per month from the date of this order. As agreed, this case is disposed of with modification

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.801 of 2022(3) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 in the impugned order dated 05.08.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai in Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 21 / 2021 to the effect that the interim Maintenance of Rs. 15,000/- per month shall be paid by the petitioner / husband to the respondent / wife instead of Rs. 20,000/- per month. The modification in the impugned order shall be effective from today.

Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the Matrimonial case and both the parties shall co-operate before the learned trial Court for disposal of the case.
