JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Accusation is of making indiscriminate firing in the night and when used cartridges were recovered from the place of occurrence.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly no injury was caused to any one nor any damage was done to any property due to fire and only on the suspicion the name of the petitioner has been roped into the present case A statement has been made in paragraph -3, that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) sunil/- U T
