The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant alleges that he was intercepted by two motorcycle borne criminals, who on point of gun, looted his bag along with Rs.4800/- in cash, mobile and other article as detailed in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1377 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 F.I.R.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Niraj Kumar. It is next submitted that petitioner was not put on T. I. Parade, nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession to connect with the offence.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and was not put on T. I. Parade, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jadiya P. S. Case No.149 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
