2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115, 109, 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., on 27.04.2025 at about 9 AM, all the five F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioner and 1015 unknown persons, variously armed, came and started abusing informant and on protest, the accused persons assaulted informant and his son. This petitioner snatched gold chain from the neck of informant's son.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of seven days without any plausible explanation of delay. Injuries, sustained by the informant and his son, are simple in nature. Rest of the allegation of ornamental in order to make the case grave. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
