====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-11-2017 Having gone through the pleadings made, we do not find this to be a Public Interest Litigation. It seems to be an interested litigation where the petitioner has some axe to grind against Respondent No. 7 and, therefore, at the instance of the petitioner we are not inclined to interfere into the matter. However, in case the Municipal Corporation finds any illegality in the construction made, they are free to proceed in the matter in accordance with law.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12131 of 2017(3) dt.24-11-2017 2/2 At the instance of the petitioner, finding no indulgence to be made, we dispose of the writ petition. (Rajendra Menon, CJ) (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) P.K.P.
