The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with G.O.Case No.637/2019 arising out of Sadar (Mubby OP) P.S.Case No.247 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 51 and odd ltrs. of liquor from the house of one Sunita Devi and she disclosed the name of the petitioner as the supplier. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner as well as he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail.
