1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC in connection with Bahadurpur (Fekla O.P.) P.S. Case No.640 of 2022.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.24666 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 21.06.2024 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner was framed on 13.08.2024 as would manifest from Annexure-5 to the regular bail application. It is next submitted that petitioner will not abscond rather would

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur (Fekla O.P.) P.S. Case No.640 of 2022 with condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father, Ram Binod Kumar.

7. It is made clear that if the learned Trial court comes to to a conclusion that petitioner after being released on bail is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the trial court would be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner forthwith after recording reason.

8. The application stands allowed.
