Matter pertains to challenge to an order passed by the learned Writ Court on 06.12.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 11231 of 2014. With regard to an advertisement and selection process that took place in the year 2004 petitioner wanted benefit which accrued to him by virtue of an order passed in L.P.A. No. 831 of 2009. The Writ Court finding that the selection process was finalized in the year 2004, the L.P.A. was decided in the year

Patna High Court LPA No.36 of 2018(3) dt.13-07-2018 2/2 2007, and the applicant for the first time invoked the writ jurisdiction after 10 years in the year 2014, has refused to exercise his jurisdiction, particularly on the ground that the applicant did not even participate in the process of selection. In doing so, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error which warrants reconsideration.
