2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 484 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 24.09.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 328, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It appears from the record that the petitioners have earlier moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 86702 of 2023 which was dismissed as withdrawn on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68059 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 09.04.2024 with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seeks regular bail.
4. It appears that the petitioners have neither complied the order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86702 of 2023 nor they have filed modification application for modifying the aforesaid order and they have filed the present bail petition for grant of anticipatory bail.
5. Second anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
