2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case in short is that, two unknown miscreants snatched the mobile, motorcycle and Rs. 2,000/- from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner came into light on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Saurabh Yadav, who enlarged on bail vide Annexure-2 of this petition. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,-I, Naugachia, in connection with Gopal P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022.
