JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2017 The petitioner was interested in getting his minor daughter admitted in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Birauli, Samastipur. It appears that for the said purpose, he was required to submit a certificate that his daughter was studying in Class-V in some School. The petitioner claims that his daughter was studying in Class-V in Primary Girls School, Jaunapur, under Mohanpur Block within the District of Samastipur.

2. It is his grievance that the said school is not issuing certificate in favour of minor daughter and, therefore,

the present writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the School to issue certificate that she is a student of Class-V of the said School.

3. The petitioner had submitted application for admission of his daughter in Jawahar Novodaya Vidyalaya, Birauli, Samstipur for the Session 2015-16. In the year 2017, in my view, this application has become infructuous.

4. The Incharge Headmaster, Primary Girls School, Jaunapur has filed a counter affidavit, in which it has been stated that the petitioner's daughter was never a student of that School.
