This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.198 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. 3.

It is alleged that about 92 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the fodder house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
