JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Vigilance.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have got appointment on the post of Prakhand Teacher on the basis of forged and fake certificates.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63847 of 2025(4) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the Vigilance have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that on the basis of forged and fake education certificates, she obtained appointment on the post of teacher.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
