JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45438 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. Though, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.09.2015 for a period of one year but petitioner has not surrender for seven months. Keeping in view of the fact that the matter is arising out of Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, the period of surrender is extended by two weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 291C of 2012 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna. The rest of the condition imposed in Cr. Misc. No. 45438 of 2015

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19732 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 will remained the same.

The order dated 24.09.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

It is made clear that this Court is not very reluctant to further extend the period of surrender. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
