2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, for a trivial dispute, the deceased was assaulted by the named accused persons including the petitioner outside a mall.

4. The deceased sustained injuries and subsequently, in the course of treatment, he died. Post-mortem report of the deceased also supports the prosecution case.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
