The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 251 of 2015, G.R. No. 1426 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been apprehended on confessional statement of co-accused and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has put on T.I. Parade. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.
