The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is a case of recovery of liquor from a motorcycle which belongs to this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the seized liquor was recovered from the vehicle of this petitioner, I
