20-01-2017 Heard Sri Ramchandra Sahni, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 10. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 19849 of 2012, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 23-01-2013. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 19849 of 2012 be restored to its original file.
