JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and allegation against him is of causing death of the deceased in connection with demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that materials collected during course of investigation disclosed that petitioner was residing in the Delhi and the deceased was not kept at Delhi and out of annoyance, she committed suicide and even chargesheet has also been filed under Section 306 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioner has

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018 subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Trial Court.
