The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337 and 354(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting and outraging the modesty of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate incident.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2576 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 227 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
