The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022 registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. reveals that she left her house on her own sweet will and wanted to marry with the petitioner, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
