JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 384, 386, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation upon the petitioner is of giving threatening extortion calls to the informant. It is contended that one of the bail application of co-accused Sanowar Ali has been disposed of vide order dated 09.02.2016 as contained in Annexure-4.

Considering the nature of the accusation, this matter is also a fit for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within a period of six
