Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dhanha P.S. Case No.62 of 2016 under Sections 468, 471, 467 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Incharge Medical Officer, P.H.C., Madhubani alleged that the petitioner got appointment vide letter no.403(4) dated 18.4.2016 and letter no.1285(4) dated 29.12.2015 are forged and the same was not issued by the Director-in-Chief Administration, Health Services, Patna.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner got forged letter for his appointment but it appears that it was the petitioner who produced
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43675 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 the letter for his appointment. Petitioner was the immediate beneficiary of such forged letter.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) N.H./- U T
