The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hatt P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 26.07.2019.
