The Superintendent of Police, Araria is directed to send a compliance report pursuant to the order dated 25.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66521 of 2019.

Sri Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP shall ensure that the compliance report is received on or before the next date of hearing i.e. 30th March, 2022.

Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned Senior counsel assisted by Sri Vikram Singh has filed an interlocutory application vide I A. No. 1 of 2022 for modification of the order dated 02.03.2022.
