2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 415 of 2023, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals came on motorcycle and looted Rs. 5,000/-, one ATM Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License and owner book. The name of the petitioner has transpired during investigation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner has 23 criminal antecedents in which in 17 cases he is on bail. The Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67207 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 prayer for bail and submits that materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.
