2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109 and 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and later on Section 74 of the BNS was added.

3. 11 persons are said to have brutally assaulted the deceased. Specific allegation of assault is against one Lalu Sahani.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a married woman and resides at her matrimonial home situated at village Bara Bharati, P.S. Minapur and there are

5. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2025.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and the specific allegation is levelled against the co-accused Lalu Sahani, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Court No. 14, East, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024.
