JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 740 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with a view to extract money from him. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. The present case has been lodged in retaliation of the earlier case lodged by the co-accused of this case vide Annexure-2. The cheques in question were not issued by this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45160 of 2017(2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 740n of 2013 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
