Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is resident of village itself and is very well known to the informant. He is said to have been beaten by the villager in the house of the informant but finding him not guilty the informant freed him.
Be that as it may, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks be enlarged on bail till submission of charge sheet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
