2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that when two boys had come to the HDB Finance Company and enquired about financing motorcycle, the informant, who is an employee of the said finance company, recognised one of them to have earlier indulged in the act of financing based on forged documents. One of the boys, namely, Nitish Kumar was apprehended, while the other boy managed to flee away who was named by the arrested persons as Ranjit Yadav, the present petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR

No.62706 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/3 itself discloses that the informant had identified only one of the boys as having earlier indulged into a fraudulent activity of financing the motorcycle and co-accused Nitish Kumar was arrested from whose possession, two forged Adhar Cards and a Pan Card were recovered. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, he has been made an accused only upon disclosure made by the arrested accused Nitish Kumar before the police. It is next submitted that the petitioner had nothing to do with any such activity and he is a student who is preparing for competitive examinations.

5. Learned APP for the State, however, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the name of the petitioner has featured on account of the disclosure made by the arrested accused before police, coupled with the fact that the petitioner is a student having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in
