The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.14 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon an order dated 05.04.2018 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14660 of 2018 by which similarly situated coaccused Saiyad Irsad has been granted anticipatory bail. In view of the order dated 05.04.2018 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14660 of 2018, this application for anticipatory bail is also allowed.

Case No.14 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
