The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 54/2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the reasons assigned in the impugned order dated 11.08.2015 whereby the application of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail has been rejected by the learned Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49503 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2 / 2 Judge, Aurangabad, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
