By order dated 30.11.2022 report regarding stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial in connection with Manigachhi (Nehra O.P.) P.S. Case No.264 of 2015 was called for from the court of learned A.D.J.-I, Darbhanga.

Perused the report at Flag 'A'. The 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga has reported that the trial may be concluded within three months.

Considering the report of the learned court below, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is rejected. The learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the
