2. The present modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47277 of 2025 to the extend the period of surrender.

3. It is submitted that vide para-6 of the order dated 18.07.2025, the petitioner had offered to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- in the account of Mahavir Cancer Sansthan, Patna but, due to some reasons, the same could not be deposited within the stipulated period and he could not surrender before the learned Court below. Now, the aforesaid amount has been deposited and in proof thereof, a receipt issued by the Central Bank of India, vide Annexure-P/2 to this application, has been annexed with this application.

4. In such view of the matter, the period of surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66397 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 584 of 2024.

5. The order dated 18.07.2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
